Adele Munich 2024

Some artists only ever need to say their first name, and we all know exactly who they are. I think Adele is one of them. In fact, I actually dont think I know her last name at all. However. Last weekend I flew ro Munich, germany to see one of my all time favourite artists live. And also spend some time in a completely new city for me. But more on Munich as a city later on, the main event was, after all, Adele.

As I explained in some of my socials, Adele and her music means a lot more to me, than other artists do. Somehow she has managed to drop the biggest power ballads during some of the darkest times of my life. Her music has somehow managed to guide me through these events, and I have felt less scared, anxiety filled etc etc. The song that has come to mean the absolute most to me is Easy on me, and to hear that live was something so healing. Adele did later on in the show also mention the importance of holding on. She said; "find someone to talk to, or even find a song that helps you through". And that is exactly what I have done with her songs. Standing there, in a warm Munich, 80.000 people that felt like friends, with tears streamin d0wn my face, was magical. It was same same but so very different. 2,5 years ago it was a cold Stockholm, lots of people around in the morning commute (As I was listening to the song on my way to work), but still felt so alone, with tears of fear and anxiety. Munich gave me the healing and completed the full circle. And it is something I will remember forever. Hold on, better days are coming. <3
